Most often, geo-specialists conducting intrusive site investigation operations will be working on third party land; i.e. land not owned or occupied by the specialists’ direct client. This LPA describes the project arrangements that could bring this about. It also describes how these potential risks and liabilities can be managed in appointment contracts.
