In order to satisfy the legal requirements in regards to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), the Management of Health and Safety Regulations 1999 and the Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007 it is an employer’s duty to manage the use of vehicles in the workplace.
