Working Group Business Practice

Our work encompasses the commercial issues that impact on our clients and members alike. The group also holds responsibility for the governance, finances, promotion of the AGS and liaison with other organisations.

Strategic Plan

  • To encourage good standards in all aspects of business practice amongst members.
  • To promote to clients use of a ‘best value’ approach to geotechnics and geoenvironmental services, including demonstration projects.
  • Implement the Code of Conduct for site investigation.
  • Identify further business practice areas that would benefit from AGS review.
